Clear, exterior water repellant but breathable sealant to prevent moisture intrusion/absorption that leads to freeze/thaw damage and premature surface degradation of masonry, aggregate, painted and wood surfaces. X4 also prevents the adhesion of water-based paints such as graffiti.
